Phillip Davidson, PhD
Phillip Davidson teaches courses in health care and information technology in the School of Advanced Studies. His extensive experience in these two fields has provided him opportunities to work with the United Nations and the World Health Organization. Additionally, Phillip’s focus at University of Phoenix is the Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Information Systems and Technology.
Phillip holds a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University. He also holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Development and a Master of Public Administration.
With more than 19 years in the field of organizational change management and 24 years in health care information systems, Phillip brings professional insight and practical experience to both students and faculty members at the University. He mentors doctoral students and new faculty members to complete their University goals. In addition, he serves as a liaison between University administration and faculty to implement process improvement.
He holds a number of professional memberships, including the American Society for Training & Development, the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society, and the International Society for Performance Improvement.
