Leaders and managers must exhibit critical leadership skills and build solid business relationships to be successful. In this course, you will learn the principles of effective leadership and practical strategies to apply on the job to improve your performance as a leader within your work group or organization. This course provides 0.8 continuing education units in two, 4-hour workshops.
