Decision-making skills are essential in today's workplace. Whether making simple or complex decisions, one needs to consider various factors that influence a decision and its results. This course provides information, tools, and techniques to enable you make effective decisions. Students will be practice using decision-making concepts to consider options and select the best choice in various situations. This course provides 0.4 continuing education units in one, 4-hour workshop.
