Instead, business intelligence, or information, is now methodically collected from data mining, online analytical processing, benchmarking, and other components to uncover new opportunities and create market advantage. In this course, students will gain insight into the numerous functions associated with business intelligence and how proper analysis becomes informed decision-making. This course provides 0.8 continuing education units over two 4-hour workshops.
