Business Intelligence – baceu2020 (0 credits)

In today's competitive market, businesses cannot afford to rely on "gut feelings" or anecdotes to make decisions that impact their future course of action. Instead, business intelligence, or information, is now methodically collected from data mining, online analytical processing, benchmarking, and other components to uncover new opportunities and create market advantage. In this course, students will gain insight into the numerous functions associated with business intelligence and how proper analysis becomes informed decision-making.
